Oracle HCM Technical Consultant
Part Time Position

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, customization, integration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules and a solid understanding of HCM business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of HCM business processes and Oracle architecture.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to security roles, workflows, and role provisioning in HCM.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹467, ₹1,808,215.46 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
