Role & responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, and backend communication.
Assist sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations for timely execution of deals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update CRM/sales database.
Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance trackers.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer data, contracts, and payment schedules.
Operations Management
Coordinate between sales team and clients for documentation and payments.
Track project inventory, pricing, and availability.
Assist in smooth execution of booking, allotments, and customer onboarding.
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies in sales and customer handling.
Verify customer KYC and legal documentation before processing bookings.
Support management in audits and compliance reporting.
Customer Service (Backend)
Act as a support bridge between clients and the sales team.
Resolve customer queries related to documentation, payment, or status updates.
Provide timely after-sales support with coordination across departments.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong organizational & multitasking ability.
Excellent communication & coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & CRM software.
Knowledge of sales processes, documentation, and reporting.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (Preferred in Sales, Marketing, or Operations Management).
Preferred candidate profile
1-3 years of experience in sales backend/operations (real estate, banking, or related industries preferred).
