Senior Application Support Engineer

As a Senior Application Support Engineer at Zeller, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the service delivery and ensuring high availability of our products. You will lead initiatives to improve the service delivery of the Application Support team while being actively involved in hands-on service delivery. Serving as a key point of contact for escalated product issues from our account and customer success teams, you will be responsible for triaging, investigating, and resolving complex technical issues promptly and effectively. Your expertise in the products and workflows will be instrumental in supporting and sharing knowledge with partner teams. Additionally, you will participate in application monitoring and contribute to the incident response team, including on-call responsibilities. - Strong technical background - Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills - Familiarity with AWS services - Experience in software companies with customer-facing products is highly valued - Effective communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proactive approach to change management and incident response processes - Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Jira, Datadog, and Sentry will be advantageous Joining Zeller offers a competitive remuneration package, a supportive work environment, remote working opportunities, parental leave, and various leave entitlements.
