As a Warehouse & Inventory Management Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing existing processes at the warehouse. You will be responsible for aligning EWM & ECC application processes with warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your duties will also include improving inventory accuracy, order fill rate, and traceability across warehouse tasks. Your key responsibilities will encompass: - Stabilizing and optimizing warehouse processes - Aligning EWM & ECC application processes with warehouse processes - Improving inventory accuracy and visibility - Enhancing order fill rate and traceability of tasks - Establishing governance mechanisms and project management - Interfacing with vendors for technical discussions - Managing support team for ad-hoc requests and feature releases - Setting up new automations and automating reports and dashboards - Engaging with central team on digital initiatives In addition, your focus areas will be: - Warehouse Application Support and EWM & ECC Application uptime - Warehouse Application Configuration, Customization, and Implementation - Warehouse MIS & Data Management - Application Infrastructure Management & Support - Driving projects for warehouse automation - Ensuring functional specialization in warehousing processes - Adopting best practices for optimizing warehouse operations People management will play a crucial role in your position, involving developing strong relationships with key warehouse users, IT application manager, support teams, and other departments. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring support team members and warehouse key users effectively.,
