F&B Coordinator

Job Summary:
The F&B Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage department in day-to-day operations, coordinating between kitchen and service teams, maintaining records, assisting with event setups, and ensuring high-quality service standards are maintained across all outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily F&B operations and assist the F&B Manager in managing schedules and activities.
- Maintain communication between kitchen, service, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in planning and executing events, meetings, and catering services.
- Prepare and maintain F&B reports, purchase requests, and inventory records.
- Monitor food hygiene, quality, and service standards as per hospital/hotel policy.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the concerned manager.
- Coordinate with vendors for supply management and quality checks.
- Support billing, documentation, and internal audit requirements.
- Ensure staff adherence to safety, sanitation, and grooming standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- 1–3 years of experience in F&B coordination, or hospitality support.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
