Here's the answer you're looking for:IThink is a courier aggregator company where we assist numerous e-commerce sellers to ship their products across multitudes of pin codes with the help of our courier partners. In simple words, we make the entire process of delivering parcels and smiles to customers easy for eCommerce sellers.
Our services extend to more than 26,000 pin codes across the country. How does that sound for expansion? Haha
Sounds pretty cool, doesn't it? We know Who are we on the lookout for?
Before we move on to what we are looking for, let's look at one word that describes what we aren't looking for; a robot. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. The KAM will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the courier and logistics industry. Who can apply? Think you've got it in you?
Let's check the requirements:
- Having min 7 to 8 years' experience in B2C Sales.
Preferably from Ecom or Logistics Industry.
- Revenue handling capacity should be 5 to 7 Cr monthly worth of client base .
(Preferred brand : Myntra , reliance handling experience.)
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approachWhat duties does the job involve?
During your time as a KAM in our ITL team, you will do the following:1) Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews and meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.2) Account Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to key accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address client-specific requirements.3) Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring that service levels and delivery standards are consistently met.
- Analyze data and client feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and service outcomes to clients and senior management.4) Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with key accounts in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.5) Market Insights:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and the company.
- Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
