  • Manage bookings: Handle all reservation requests via phone, email, or in-person, accurately entering and confirming details in the system.
  • Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information on services and pricing, and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • System and data management: Maintain and update reservation systems, including room availability, and ensure all booking data is accurate and properly recorded.
  • Sales and revenue: Use sales techniques to maximize revenue, such as upselling or negotiating rates, and help meet revenue targets.
  • Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as front office or sales, to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Administrative tasks: Process payments, handle cancellations and modifications, and maintain accurate records and filing.

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
