Job Title: Business Development Manager IT & Non-IT Staffing
Company: J2D Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Work Mode: Work from Office 5 Days a Week Experience: Minimum 7+ Years Joining: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition across IT (80%) and non-IT (20%) staffing segments.
- Build strong relationships with mid to high-level decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Delivery Managers).
- Understand client hiring needs across Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Permanent Hiring, and Outsourcing models.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate closely with internal recruitment teams to align delivery as per client expectations.
- Develop and implement custom sourcing strategies based on role types, complexity, and urgency.
- Track and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets through quality closures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry dynamics.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 7+ years of proven business development experience in IT Staffing & Outsourcing (C2H/Permanent/Project-Based).
- Strong client network, preferably with mid to large-scale IT companies.
- Excellent understanding of technical requirements, skillsets, and sourcing strategies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work from office full-time (HSR Layout) and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Should be a self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
Good to Have:
- Exposure to international clients or global staffing models.
- Ability to bring a client base or active leads is highly preferred.
