Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager is based in Jamshedpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, support strategic planning, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure the smooth execution of projects within the organization. Key responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will liaise with stakeholders and contribute to achieving business objectives through effective management practices.

  • Operational and organizational skills, ensuring streamlined workflows and task prioritization
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to support decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination and stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and metal forming industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to think critically under pressure
