Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager is based in Jamshedpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, support strategic planning, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure the smooth execution of projects within the organization. Key responsibilities include team leadership, performance management, optimizing operational workflows, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
