Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Goa for a Real Estate Sourcing Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and assessing potential real estate opportunities, negotiating property deals, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, developers, and land agents. You will conduct market research, analyze property trends, manage sourcing databases, and ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with company goals will also be expected.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in property sourcing, market research, and negotiation
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage with property owners, developers, and stakeholders
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to real estate transactions
  • Analytical and organizational skills to manage sourcing pipelines and property evaluations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in real estate tools and technology is an advantage
  • Relevant work experience in real estate sourcing or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred
