Job Description:

JD of Sales Rep - Proactive and presentable Marketing Professional to promote premium packaged rice brand in modern retail outlets. The candidate will represent our reputed company, handling everything from appointment setting to deal closure, while also managing in-store promotions and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and onboard potential retail outlets to promote the rice brand.
Plan and execute product demonstrations, showcasing product quality and benefits to retail buyers.
Propose and implement promotional schemes and offers tailored for retail outlets to drive sales.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure prominent product placement and visibility in-store.
Train in-store promoters on product knowledge and sales tactics to boost brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers.
Regularly follow up to ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Manage data reporting, including tracking sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute in-store marketing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate restocking when necessary.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills with a professional and pleasant demeanor.
Presentable and able to represent the brand confidently.
Experience in offering and managing retail schemes and promotions.
Capable of training and mentoring in-store promoters.
Strong organizational skills for reporting and data management.
Prior experience in FMCG/retail marketing is preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Location: Various retail outlets
Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing or sales role, preferably in FMCG.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

20k to 30k if candidate is good, joining immediatate

Important is experience in this field related to traditional and modern trade
