We are currently seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Remote Sensing Expert with a strong agricultural background to lead our remote sensing efforts within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare presentation, Tenders preparation submission update on tenders, and getting new projects

on our business line, meeting insurance company, Agri-insurance , Ground Truthing , Claim Management with the Government Bodies and other institutions.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Professional with a strong background in agriculture to

lead marketing strategies, drive business growth, and strengthen brand positioning. The candidate

will be responsible for planning and executing, developing market linkages, and promoting

products/services in line with the needs of farmers, agri-input dealers, and agribusiness

stakeholders.

Agribusiness Management preferred

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for agricultural services,

& technologies.

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

and customer needs.

 Design and implement digital, BTL, and on-ground marketing activities (farmer

meetings, field demos, exhibitions, trade shows).

 Build strong relationships with farmers, distributors, dealers, and agri-institutions.

 Create content, brochures, and communication material tailored for the

agricultural audience.

 Identify and onboard new distribution channels and partnerships in the agriculture

ecosystem.

 Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and government schemes

relevant to marketing.

Required Skills & Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of agriculture sector trends, agri-inputs, crop cycles, and rural

marketing.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to strategize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

 Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM, and data analytics.

 Leadership skills with ability to manage a small marketing team.

 Willingness to travel extensively in rural/agriculture regions.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's/Master's in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or

Marketing.

 6–7 years of proven experience in agriculture marketing, agribusiness, or related

industry.

 MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Agribusiness Management preferred.
