Responsibilities:

 Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented  Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company

 Answer queries about products or the company.

 Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.

 Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.

 Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.

 Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

 Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.

 Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.

 Taking and processing product ordersprofessionallyr.

 E-mail Communication Requirements:

 Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong organizational skills.

 Exceptional attention to detail.

 Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

 Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.

 Basic computer knowledge or proficiency in mobile applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
