Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  •  Ensuring In-process Quality assurance checks as per the procedure laid down in Quality manual Level 1 & 2
  •  Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for rejected parts at assy line for resolution
  •  Resolving all internal concerns by taking timely Corrective & Preventive actions.
  •  Should be familiar with Process audit, Product audit, Layer audit etc
  •  Should have Knowledge of SPC & Structured problem solving methedologies - 8D & QC story
  •  Experience in Quality assurance activities like Zero defect stages & Poka yoke implementation.
  •  Sound knowledge of ISO/IATF & TPM documents. 
Experience

3 - 8 Years in Automotive Manufacturing
