Role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives in the competitive

Fin-tech and capital markets technology landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital

marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across institutional and enterprise

client segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies targeting B2B audiences in the FinTech and capital markets

ecosystem

  • Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and

social media platforms

  • Create and oversee thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, and technical blogs that resonate with

brokers, trading firms, and financial institutions

  • Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion funnels to support business development goals
  • Manage marketing analytic and reporting, providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee website management, ensuring optimal user experience and technical SEO performance
  • Build and manage relationships with digital agencies, technology vendors, and industry partners
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to maintain competitive advantageSkills & Experience
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments
  • Prior experience in the FinTech or Capital Markets industry is mandatory
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, content marketing, marketing automation, and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise sales cycles
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend across channels
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
