BDE - IT Sales Job Description
As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in IT Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and enhance the company's market presence in the IT sector. Good Candidates with proper knowledge in Budget Handling and lead generations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Interaction with Clients
- Marketing product to clients
- Experience required - atleast-1 year or more with good knowledge in sales.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Sales knowledge in Designing, Motion Graphic, Web desiging, UIUX Fields.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential business prospects.
- Should know how to source clients through various platforms like Linkedin, Upwork, PHP, Fiver, Email Marketing Etc.
- How to Use Upwork, Lead generation, Client handling, Budget. Etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel as required.
NOTE- Should be comfortable for Changes in Shift timings
