Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Assist in specifying and tracking key vehicle engineering performance and durability parameters based on FI targets.

  • Help define scope and approach, interpret results, and provide recommendations during decision-making processes.

  • Contribute to setting and achieving system targets in alignment with FI targets.

  • Maintain dashboards and track key metrics.

  • Support the coordination and delivery of durability and performance from initialization to SOP, following MEPDS guidelines.

  • Collaborate with Styling and CME teams to support vehicle engineering tasks.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including PEH, CPH, PM, CAE, plant representatives, Proto team, testing team, and internal vehicle engineering team.

  • Assist in ensuring that project milestones are met on schedule.

  • Document & report progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Experience
