As an Associate Manager – Content, you will play a key role in designing, running, and analyzing content experiments on the platform. From onboarding new creators to testing new show formats, your work will directly influence user stickiness, session time, and repeat usage.
This role is ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of content, product, and user behavior—and is excited by experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Experimentation for Engagement & Retention
- Design, run, and monitor A/B experiments on content formats, tone, and frequency to maximize user session time and repeat visits.
 - Work closely with data teams to define experiment hypotheses, track metrics, and identify success/failure patterns.
 - Document learnings from each experiment to create a playbook for scalable content strategies.
 
Creator Onboarding & Management
- Identify and onboard new creators across different domains relevant to Seekho's learning ecosystem.
 - Train and guide creators to align with platform tone, quality standards, and experimentation goals.
 - Build long-term relationships with creators to ensure consistency, retention, and participation in new pilots.
 
Show Format Innovation
- Conceptualize new content formats (e.g., series-based learning, micro-courses, shorts, interactive Q&A formats).
 - Run pilots with selected creators and measure user response (views, watch time, completion rate, repeat visits).
 - Iterate based on feedback and scale formats that show promise in improving engagement.
 - Stay on top of content and creator economy trends (edtech, learning, short-form, reels, YouTube shorts, etc.)
 
User-Centric Insights & Data Tracking
- Track performance of different content categories and formats to understand what drives stickiness.
 - Deep dive into user retention metrics (DAU/WAU/MAU ratios, repeat views, drop-off points).
 - Share actionable insights with product and growth teams to improve user experience holistically.
 
3–4 years of experience in content, creator management, or related fields (preferably in digital/learning platforms).
Strong understanding of user engagement metrics and data-driven content strategy.
Hands-on experience with creator onboarding, community management, or show production.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new content formats.
Analytical skills to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
