Job Role:

We are seeking a Process Executive with overseas education experience to manage the student application and visa processes. The role will focus on guiding students interested in studying in the UK, Australia, and Europe, ensuring smooth documentation and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. University & Course Selection:
  • Assist students in selecting appropriate universities and courses based on their academic background and career objectives.
  1. Application Management:
  • Help students navigate through the application process, ensuring all documents are submitted on time and meet university requirements.
  1. Document Verification & Preparation:
  • Collect and verify all necessary documents, including transcripts, SOPs, and financial documents.
  1. Visa Process Assistance:
  • Guide students through the visa application process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted correctly.
  1. Offer Letter & Scholarships:
  • Follow up with universities for offer letters and scholarship updates, assisting students with these processes.
  1. Client Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, keeping them informed and addressing any queries during the application and visa process.
  1. Reporting & CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of student applications, visa statuses, and related documentation in CRM tools.
  1. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
  • Coordinate with the counseling and operations teams to ensure students receive comprehensive support throughout their journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in overseas education, particularly with the UK, Australia, and Europe.
  • CRM Flexibility:
  • Ability to use CRM tools flexibly and efficiently to track student progress and manage documentation.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Strong communication skills in English and Telugu, both written and verbal, to interact with students and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple student applications and deadlines effectively.
  • Education:
  • A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to international education or student counseling.
