We are Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager Demand Planning & Replenishment

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Company: Technosport

Technosport is looking for a dynamic professional to lead Demand Planning & Replenishment and play a key role in balancing demand, supply, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning:

Collaborate with the manufacturing team to plan inventory for the next 6+ months.

Identify, onboard, and implement tech tools for accurate forecasting & replenishment.

Share monthly and quarterly updates on key demand planning metrics with stakeholders.

Strategize and allocate inventory

Inventory Management:

Improve and optimize existing replenishment tools and processes.

Analyze slow movers and plan effective liquidation strategies.

Minimize stock-outs and broken styles to maximize revenue.

Plan distribution across multiple warehouses across India.

Own and update the SKU master on a periodic basis.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in data analytics & MS Excel.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.

Data-driven decision-making capability.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven, with the ability to work independently.

Experience with planning tools/ERP systems (preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

MBA / NIFT graduate.

6–10 years of demand planning & inventory management experience in Manufacturing industry.
