6) Job Description :

  • Designing and developing machine parts, components, and assemblies as per client requirements.
  • Preparing 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Modifying and improving existing machine designs for better performance, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Providing technical support to the service and production teams.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, service) to ensure design feasibility.
  • Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for design-related issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.
  • Preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) and assisting in prototype development.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of machine design principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, etc.).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (fabrication, machining, assembly).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
