Job Description: Operations Associate

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via email and calls.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes or queries.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.
  • Be flexible to work in a blended process and undergo cross-training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English (spoken and written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13, ₹14,200.00 per month
