We are seeking a highly skilled IFS FSM Developer with proven expertise in configuring, customizing, and extending the IFS Field Service Management (FSM) platform.

The candidate will play a key role in implementing telco workforce management use cases by building integrations, customizations, and workflows that align with stcs operational and business requirements.

Role & responsibilities

  • Design and configure IFS FSM/PSO/Mobile applications for telco workforce management use cases
  • Develop custom MPM solutions using C# .NET to extend FSM baseline capabilities
  • Build FSM Connect Components (XML Maps, Routing Rules, Connectors, Handlers) for system integration
  • Implement REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations with other internal systems
  • Configure and enhance FSM mobile application with optimized UX and offline functionality
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and FSM solution designs
  • Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and performance optimization
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and ongoing platform enhancements
  • Provide L3 technical support for complex production incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum/Tribe delivery model
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development standards

Preferred candidate profile

IFS FSM Platform FSM/PSO/Mobile configuration and customization

FSM Core Expert in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Custom Metadata, Schedule Jobs, Schedule Monitors, UI Designer ,Business Policies/Entities, and Custom MPM (C# .NET)

FSM Connect – Proficient in XML Maps, Message Routing Rules, Data Connectors, and Extract Handlers

FSM Mobile – Experience in FSM mobile app configuration, Creating Mobile Designs , Sync rules, UX optimization, and offline-first design

Integration & Development – Strong in .NET, SQL/PL-SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services

Telecom Field Service – Deep understanding of dispatch, scheduling, work order management, maintenance, fulfilment, and inventory handling

Agile Delivery – Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments with large-scale telco transformation programs
