Role Overview
As a Consultant (FSM Integrator), you will be responsible for integrating Field Service Management (FSM) solutions with various enterprise systems to streamline field operations and enhance service delivery. You will work closely with business and technical teams to design, implement, and support robust integration architectures, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•    Analyze integration requirements and design end-to-end FSM integration solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.

•    Develop, configure, and maintain integration interfaces using APIs, middleware, and standard connectors.

•    Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.

•    Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency and process reliability.

•    Support data migration, synchronization, and transformation activities between FSM and other systems.

•    Document integration designs, technical specifications, and support procedures.

•    Conduct integration testing, performance tuning, and user acceptance support.

•    Stay updated on the latest FSM integration technologies, tools, and best practices.

•    Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and end-users.

Required Skills

•    5+ years of experience in integrating FSM solutions with enterprise systems.

•    Strong understanding of FSM platforms (e.g., SAP FSM, ServiceNow FSM, Oracle Field Service) and integration methodologies.

•    Hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware (e.g., SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and data transformation tools.

•    Proficiency in data mapping, ETL processes, and integration troubleshooting.

•    Solid knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•    Ability to document technical solutions and deliver effective training.

•    Experience working in cross-functional and client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

•    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

•    Certifications in FSM platforms or integration tools (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – FSM, MuleSoft Certified Developer).

•    Experience with cloud-based integrations and IoT device connectivity.

•    Exposure to mobile application integration and support.

•    Prior consulting experience with leading IT or advisory firms.

•    Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
