We're Hiring: Analog & Mixed Signal Layout Engineers

Open Roles & Experience Levels:

  • Lead Engineer (8+ years)
  • Sub Lead (5+ years)
  • Team Member (3+ years)

What You'll Do:


• Independently design and optimize analog/mixed-signal layouts from schematics, including floorplanning, routing, and verification


• Work on critical analog blocks like Temperature sensors, SerDes, PLL, ADC/DAC, LDO, Bandgap, Reference Generators, Charge Pumps, Current Mirrors, Comparators, and Differential Amplifiers


• Conduct LVS/DRC debugging and verification for technology nodes down to 14nm FinFET and below


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to ensure project success


• Deliver high-quality layouts meeting strict design constraints and schedules

What We're Looking For:


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent


• 2+ years of experience in FinFET/advanced CMOS analog/custom layout design


• Strong hands-on expertise with Cadence VLE/VXL, PVS, Assura, and Calibre DRC/LVS tools


• Deep understanding of analog layout fundamentals like matching, EM, ESD, latch-up, shielding, and parasitics


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time


• Excellent problem-solving skills and professional communication
