Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and have experience handling finalization of accounts, audits, and vendor payments

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting Operations

  2. Manage day-to-day accounting activities including journal entries, ledger, and reconciliations

  3. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
  4. Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/SAP/ERP system

  5. Monitor cash book, bank book, and petty cash

  6. Compliance & Statutory Filings

  7. Prepare and file monthly/quarterly returns for GST, TDS, and PF/ESIC

  8. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other applicable laws

  9. Coordinate with consultants/auditors for tax filings and assessments

  10. Financial Reporting

  11. Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports

  12. Support in month-end and year-end closing activities

  13. Maintain records for audit and internal review

  14. Vendor & Client Management

  15. Oversee vendor payments and reconciliation of vendor accounts

  16. Follow up on receivables from clients/customers

  17. Manage invoicing, debit/credit notes, and billing corrections

  18. Audit Support

  19. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors

  20. Prepare audit schedules and ensure timely completion of audits
  21. Address audit queries and ensure proper documentation

Experience: 10–12 years, including minimum 5 years in a senior accountant / assistant finance manager role.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Proficiency in GST, TDS, and basic income tax compliance
  • Excellent in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.)
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
