Sr Finance Manager - Solar Power Plant Company Name Greenbeam Earth Pvt Ltd Industry Solar Job Title Senior Finance Manager Hours Full-time Location Surat Gujarat Job Purpose The Senior Finance Manager at Greenbeam Earth Pvt Ltd will be responsible for leading the financial strategy of the organization including budgeting forecasting financial modeling and fundraising The role demands expertise in financial planning capital structuring and fund acquisition from banks and financial institutions This position plays a crucial role in aligning financial performance with the companys long-term business objectives Job Duties Develop and oversee the company s financial strategy and planning Raise funds through banks and financial institutions to support business growth and operations Create and manage detailed financial models for project evaluation and strategic decisions Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance risks and investment opportunities Ensure compliance with regulatory standards tax policies and internal controls Collaborate with senior leadership to support decision-making with financial insights Lead budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning activities Monitor cost structures and suggest financial efficiencies Supervise the finance and accounts team across various locations Work with ERP systems for financial planning and reporting Required Qualifications Education Minimum of a bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field Experience CA CFA or MBA Finance preferred 8 to 12 years of experience in finance preferably with exposure to the renewable energy sector Proven experience in raising funds from financial institutions or banks Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and forecasting Deep understanding of capital markets financial instruments and fundraising processes Proficient in financial planning and risk management strategies Familiarity with ERP systems financial reporting and compliance requirements Skills Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities Leadership and strategic planning skills Effective communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software Attributes Strategic thinker with a proactive approach High attention to detail and accuracy Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment Perks and Benefits Competitive Salary Group Mediclaim leave encashment bonus etc Opportunities for career advancement within the organization Ongoing training and development programs Number of Vacancies 1 Additional Information Local candidates will be preferred for this position Ideal Start Date As soon as possible
