Senior UX Designer (Contract)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and experienced UX designer at Client location at Bangaluru having experience with the User Centered Design process and who is willing to work on contract position for period of six months to one year. Candidates should have good communication skills, as he/ she might be working and interacting with Product Managers, Development teams and Customers. Adequate understanding of UI paradigms and technologies will be required. UX Design experience in creating an interface for automation software is preferred

Education:

Completed formal education in Design (e.g. B.Des./M. Des.) and having UX Design experience in the range of minimum six  years.

Working Model:

Work from Office at client location in Bangaluru  Full time

Timings :

10:00 am till 7 pm, 5 Days Work-week

Duration:

6  months to one year

Key Skills:

● User Experience Design Awareness of the User Centered Design Process

● Good understanding of Visual Design principles, Creation of Design system, Information Architecture

● Creating workflows based on user stories, creating, and iterating wireframe, Designing Information

Architecture, Interaction design, and making final UX specification documents.

● Good experience with Wireframing & Prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, or Adobe XD. is a must have skill.

● Hands-on work experience in understanding the customer needs.

● Document design standards, design wireframes, mock-ups, specifications and patterns across channels and products

● Excellent Written and vocal communication, Presentation skills

● 

Responsibilities :

Execute design work consistent with design and brand standards, analytics insight, customer feedback.

Support the design of user journeys and development of wireframes to enable effortless navigation.Prefer experience in UX Design experience in creating an interface for automation software.

● Plan and implement new designs 

● Optimize existing user interface designs

● Test for intuitively and experience

● Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives

● Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-Centered solutions

● Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements

● Create Paper sketches, Wireframes, Prototypes for new product ideas

● Create final UX Specifications for screens

● Test new ideas before implementing, Conduct an ongoing user research
