We're now looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can turn this AI-driven complexity into clarity, simplicity, and delight. You'll own the end-to-end design journey - from insight to interface - crafting the experience that defines how millions will move in the future.

What You'll Do

User Experience (UX)

  • Lead research to uncover deep user insights - motivations, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Define user personas, journeys, and flows that make a complex moving process feel effortless.
  • Translate advanced AI capabilities into natural, intuitive experiences.
  • Prototype, test, and iterate - quickly and creatively.
  • Champion user-first thinking throughout the product lifecycle.

User Interface (UI)

  • Design stunning, mobile-first interfaces for iOS and Android.
  • Create high-fidelity mockups, motion prototypes, and scalable design systems.
  • Partner closely with developers to bring every pixel to life with precision.
  • Establish and evolve the product's visual identity and component library.
  • Elevate engagement through micro-interactions and thoughtful motion design.

What You Bring

  • 3-9 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer with strong UX leadership.
  • Proven experience designing and launching consumer mobile apps from 0 to 1.
  • Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.
  • Deep knowledge of UX research, information architecture, and usability testing.
  • Collaborative mindset - comfortable working with AI, product, and engineering teams.
  • A portfolio that showcases elegant solutions to complex user problems.
  • Familiarity with Android/iOS design standards.

Good to have

  • Experience designing for AI, computer vision, or conversational products.
  • Expertise in motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Understanding of human-AI interaction and how to design for trust and transparency.
  • Background in consumer tech or mobility products.
