Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
*Business Analyst
with 5+ years of hands-on experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Automobile
industries, along with solid functional understanding of
data platforms, analytics, and reporting tools*
.

Key Responsibilities
*Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering*

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

*Industry-Specific Expertise*

  • Analyze and improve processes within manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, and automotive workflows.
  • Provide insights and solutions to optimize production efficiency, logistics, and end-to-end supply chain performance.

*Data & Reporting*

  • Work closely with data engineering and BI teams to define data requirements and ensure availability of accurate, structured data.
  • Create reporting mock-up, perform validation and documentation.
  • Perform data analysis to support business decisions and identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.

*Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration*

  • Support project delivery by coordinating activities, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in manufacturing, supply chain, or automobile industries.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: production, planning, procurement, logistics, and quality management.
  • Experience working with data platforms, data modeling concepts, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
  • Knowledge in reporting and visualization tools is plus (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and basic SQL.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
