Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Manager (FMCG – Spices Segment) to join our growing Mumbai team.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in FMCG Sales, HoReCa Business Development, and Food Product Distribution, particularly within spices, condiments, or grocery segments.

This role offers a great opportunity to work with an aggressive sales team, expand market reach, and drive the company's FMCG & HoReCa growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in FMCG and HoReCa channels, with a focus on spices and food ingredients.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key HoReCa clients.
  • Develop and execute B2B / B2C sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and territory planning to identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams — marketing, supply chain, finance, and production — for smooth business operations.
  • Ensure timely order fulfilment, collection efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Support product launches, trade promotions, and sales campaigns.
  • Submit regular MIS reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 05 years of proven success in FMCG / HoReCa sales, preferably in the spices, condiments, or grocery category.
  • Strong network of dealers, distributors, and hospitality clients in the Mumbai / Western region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
