  • Coordination with Workshop – Communicate customer concerns to technicians, monitor job progress, and ensure timely completion of service.
  • Service Updates & Delivery – Keep customers informed about repair status, additional work required, and ensure smooth delivery of serviced vehicles.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Upselling – Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints effectively, and promote value-added services or accessories.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
