  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about real estate market trends, supplier capabilities, and opportunities for cost-effective sourcing.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize cost savings while maintaining the quality and reliability required for real estate projects.
  • Identify potential risks in the real estate supply chain and implement strategies to mitigate risks, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in real estate sourcing processes, incorporating lessons learned from each project.
