Post- Sr. Executive - Infracon Sourcing

Job Location - Wagale Estate -Thane West

Working days - 6 days (Alternative Saturday off )

Salary Range - 50K to 80K

Key Responsibilities :

Infracon sourcing:

Search, shortlist, and download candidate profiles as per RFP key-expert criteria; maintain tracker of Unique Profile IDs and consent status.

Eligibility check:

Map CVs to
RFP clauses
(education, total years, similar projects, position-wise requirements, state experience, language, computer skills). |

Document completeness:

Collect and verify
degree certificates, marksheets, professional memberships, experience certificates/appointment & relieving letters, Aadhaar/PAN (masked), passport photo, references
.

Rate & availability:

Obtain
availability letters
, confirm
mobilization notice period
, negotiate
man-month rates
.

Portal operations:

Create/maintain firm–expert
associations
, manage
OTP/consent
, completeness (>90%), and upload to e-tender portals when needed.

Bid support:

Prepare
CV index
; coordinate with TL/BD for final packaging.

Database building:

Grow an internal
expert pool
(TL, Highway / Bridge / Geo / Traffic/ Safety /Materials/QS/Utilities/Environmental, etc.) with tags by region, rate, and past performance.

Compliance & quality:

Zero tolerance for misrepresentation; ensure
data privacy & consent
, and version control of CVs.

Stakeholder coordination:

Liaise with candidates, referees, JV partners, and internal engineers to close gaps quickly—especially near bid deadlines.
