The Process Transformation consulting practice alsooffers opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge through training andcertifications across multiple leading ERP/ CRM/ business application products(including leading SaaS/Cloud players) and enablers – allowing you to driveopportunities for yourself and Client while keeping your career ahead of thecurve Responsibilities: • The Process lead needs to have a minimum 15+ years ofleading Finance Transformation, Finance process design, Finance BPR for largescale ERP implementations.• Acts as a Senior Trusted Advisor for opportunityshared, covering the entire company of a big/complex, multinational FinanceProcesses end -to -end.• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral)and interpersonal skills. Strong Customer & stakeholder management skillsStrong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into designdocuments.• Defines Finances Strategies, Governance and FinanceProcess Architecture based on state -of -the art of S4HANA Finance technology• The process lead should have deep business processknowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP Simplefinance/ Oracle Cloud Finance experience implementation. Process Designexpertise for leading large enterprises level transformations for clientsmoving to latest Cloud / S4 HANA/Simple Finance in the following areas:o Ability to acquire,absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quicklyo Simple FinanceMigration Methodologyo New Functionalitiesin GL Accountingo New Functionalitiesin Asset Accountingo New Functionalitiesin Management Accountingo Exposure toFinancials Planning - Integrated Business Planningo Overview of CashManagement Requirements Candidates needs to have: Qualifications – Critical SkillsIn addition to F&A Consulting Capability we arelooking at the candidate having very high -quality hands -on experience withcomplex ERP implementations· Deep handsConsulting background in transformation around ERP (S4Hana, SAP ECC FICO /Oracle / JDA etc.)• At least 2 year of deep hands on consulting on F&A - S4Hana FIN or other ERPs like Oracle Cloud FIN etc.• Define the best S4HANA Finance strategy for customers,either new installation, conversion depending on the requirements andcomplexity of customer environment. Support consulting and license presalesopportunities. Architect solution/implementation approach (Requirements, Scope,Estimation). Experience in developing systems requirements, designing andprototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementingpractical business solutions under multiple deadlines• Ability to multitask and still stay focused• Able to collaborate with clients and have a strongdesire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industrieswhile further developing your career
