Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance Transformation Netradyne, an innovator in fleet and road safety technologies, utilizes the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Edge Computing to transform the transportation ecosystem. With its headquarters in Bangalore and San Diego, Netradyne’s Driver•I assist organizations in enhancing safety, boosting driver retention, increasing profitability, and facilitating transparency. The role is for a Functional Consultant in Finance Projects and Systems Implementation . This requires a blend of finance and technical skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The person in this role plays a vital part in ensuring that the implemented financial systems meet the business needs and goals. This Role will report to Finance and closely work with IT . Understanding, documenting, and analyzing the business processes and requirements related to financial systems such as NetSuite, Workday Adaptive, Tableau etc. Good understanding of order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), record-to-report (R2R) processes. Ensure business requirements are accurately captured and translated into the system’s functionality. Designing and implementing solutions that align with the business's financial needs and goals. Collaborating with the technical team to translate business requirements into system specifications. Configuring and customizing financial systems according to the business requirements (add on) Conducting functional testing of the implemented systems to ensure they meet the business requirements. Working with stakeholders to troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation, and post-implementation. Providing training and support to users of the financial systems. Collaborating with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of the project. Keeping up to date with the latest financial systems and trends to ensure the business benefits from these technologies. Conducting post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the transition and identify areas for improvement. Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance. Master’s degree in business administration MBA or CA is preferred. Overall 7+ years of versatile experience in accounting, finance implementation projects, handling adhoc queries, working with multiple stakeholders Should have been reporting to Finance teams in their Respective automation Roles. Strong understanding of finance processes (O2C, P2P and R2R) and systems. Preferred if you have hands-on functional experience with NetSuite ERP Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficient in MS Excel (spreadsheets) and MS PowerPoint (powerpoints).
