Senior Finance Transformation LeadSeeking a seasoned professional to lead finance transformations using 15+ years of IT experience and D365 certifications (MB-300/MB-310).Oversee end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation projects from planning to Go-Live.Conduct business meetings to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements (FRD, FDD, SDD).Configure core finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budget) and define account structures/parameters.Manage posting group creation and ensure seamless integration between finance and trade processes.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct detailed end-user training.Create setup configuration documents for finance modules.Requirements:- Overall 15+ Years' IT experience with strong domain knowledge in Finance and Operations.- Minimum 4+ years of dedicated experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations implementation and support.- Certifications: MB-300 (Core F&O) and MB-310 (Finance Functional Consultant).- Experience in Solution Design, Delivery Lead roles, and Project/Program Management is highly desirable.- Excellent Team Management, Account Management, and Client Engagement Skills are essential.- Prior experience in a consulting environment or pre-sales/sales activities is beneficial.Additional Details:- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days.- Interview: Willingness to participate in a face-to-face interview.
