Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Lead to oversee and manage construction and interior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in project execution, team coordination, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise all project activities to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams to manage project progress.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and company policies.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and work progress on-site.
  • Identify and resolve project issues or delays efficiently.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and update management on project status.
  • Lead the site team to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of project planning and execution in civil/interior works.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
