Proficiency in handling Hindi, Tamil and Kannada will be an added advantage (Not mandatory )
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of projects, including monitoring progress, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, assigning tasks to team members, maintaining project documentation, and communicating project status updates to ensure projects are completed on time and within goals; essentially acting as a central point of contact for all project-related activities.
Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinates all programs/projects serving as the point of contact, note-taker and keeper of key information and status reports; planning/scheduling of project meetings; manages projects from start to finish, ensuring all deliverables are met within the specified time and budget.
2. Draft necessary strategic documents concerning project design, planning and implementation, such as reports, work plans, project budget, etc;
3. Prepares and compiles presentation documents and materials for the Director Board in advance of meetings; ensures that key documents needed in advance of all meetings; coordinates all visitor/vendor/stakeholder meetings.
4. Undertake day to day management of the project, including smooth project implementation, efficient use of resources;
5. Ensure the participation and involvement of relevant stakeholders in project activities, including the Volunteers and Steering Committees team, so that the process is inclusive, participatory and transparent
6. Travel to project locations
7. Ensure the timeliness and quality of the outputs as well as timely preparation of reports on achievements and challenges faced within the project;
8. Advanced organizational, filing, and planning skills; proven ability to set priorities, meet tight deadlines and multi-task with mínimal supervision; proven ability to coordinate multiple activities quickly and efficiently; ability to observe standard office policies and procedures.
9. Ability to work independently or as a member of the team; ability to manage stress effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment and contribute to problem
- solving; and ability to quickly learn and fully support old and new systems, processes and procedures.
10. _**Confidentiality**:_Proven ability to maintain confidentiality on work-related issues and maintain a high degree of professional etiquette and decorum.
