C2C/W2 Recruiters (US IT STAFFING) ***NIGHT SHIFT*** Hyderabad (Begumpet) Branch

Baanyan Software Services is looking for OPT Recruiter - US Staffing. We are looking for young and energetic professionals to join us. Positions are open for Hyderabad-Begumpet location. Please respond with a copy of your latest resume if you are available and looking for a new assignment with us.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience needed 2 years and above as a Technical Recruiter in US IT Staffing.
  • Able to source resumes on assigned requirements.
  • Good Knowledge on Tax Terms like C2C/W2/1099
  • Scheduling, coordination and ownership of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
  • Submitting candidates' resumes to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
  • Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
  • Engage regularly on an on-going basis with the candidates through email and voice calls.
  • Sound knowledge in the IT Industry. Negotiation & Convincing Skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to work as a good team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and well versed with all kinds of US Visa and Tax terms
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, Referrals etc.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

2) India timings IST 6:30 pm to 3:30 am (New York, USA work timings 9am to 6 pm)
