We're looking for a Zoho Developer who can help us build automations, custom functions, and system integrations across our Zoho ecosystem to improve operational efficiency.

Role Overview:

As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for designing, customizing, and maintaining solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Books.

You'll work closely with our management team to translate business requirements into efficient automation and workflows that streamline our design, sales, and project execution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Custom Functions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Books using Deluge scripting.
  • Design and customize Zoho PDF templates (Quotes, Invoices, Estimates, Project reports, etc.).
  • Build and customize Zoho Forms, approval workflows, and data validation rules.
  • Automate business workflows using Zoho Flow, CRM workflows, and scheduled functions.
  • Create dashboards and reports for management insights.
  • Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Projects, Books, and others) for seamless data flow.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to identify process improvement opportunities through Zoho automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Projects, Books, Flow, Forms, Creator preferred).
  • Strong command over Deluge scripting and API-based integrations.
  • Experience customizing PDF templates using Zoho's built-in editors and HTML/CSS.
  • Ability to build efficient custom functions, workflows, and reports.
  • Understanding of business process automation and data mapping across modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving, testing, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Zoho CRM or Zoho Developer program.
  • Experience with Zoho Creator or Zoho Flow.
  • Prior experience working with interior design, construction, or service-based companies is an advantage.
