Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Route Operations Executive, located in Hassan. The responsibilities include monitoring and managing daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of toll operations, coordinating with staff for operational efficiency, and resolving issues to maintain streamlined processes. The role requires regular reporting of operations and adherence to company protocols and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and address customer and staff concerns
  • Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management to ensure seamless execution and supervision of daily activities
  • Sharp Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify improvement areas, and solve problems efficiently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to operational challenges
  • Previous experience in toll operations or roadway management is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
