As a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer at AVIS Enertech Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our Engineering and Project Management Organization. With 4+ years of experience and a BE/BTech in Structural Engineering, you will be an integral part of our team, working on challenging projects in the upstream oil & gas, Process, Chemical, and Power Sector Businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include working according to schedules, delivering high-quality project outcomes, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. Collaboration within the team and a clear understanding of project requirements are essential aspects of this role.

Your technical skillset should encompass experience in FEED, conceptual studies, and detailed engineering of Civil and structural requirements for upstream Oil & gas Onshore and Offshore fields. You should have the ability to lead a team of engineers and designers, develop engineering standards, and possess expertise in Structural and foundation design for various structures.

Proficiency in software such as STAAD Pro, STAAD foundation, and Mat-3D for foundations is crucial. A comprehensive understanding of national and international codes and standards for design, as well as company standards, is necessary. You should be adept at working on proposals and supporting bidding for new projects, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from premier educational institutes with a strong academic record, immediate joiners with a shorter notice period, and those with a background in the Oil & Gas industry.
