Objective

System analyst is responsible for maintaining the whole development cycle, for ensuring that the implementation of requirements is following the proposed design and for handing over the solution to the users. The candidate must be comfortable working autonomously together with technical team and various business departments to implement quality products that meets the business goals. The ability to explain issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experience in managing team of System Analyst and Developers.
  • Understanding of business requirements to translate into Technical / System Requirement
  • Responsible to prepare the design of system changes to fulfil business requirements
  • Design of system changes covers technical use cases, class diagrams, communication and sequence diagrams, REST and SOAP design.
  • Maintain the whole development cycle, for ensuring that the implementation of requirements is following the proposed design and for handing over the solution to the users.
  • Working autonomously together with technical team and various business departments to implement quality products that meets the business goals.
  • Explanation of issues and resolutions to technical and non-technical staff is required.
  • Work closely with Architect team and Delivery management.

Need to Have Areas

  • Minimum 7+ years analysis, development and implementation experience across different stages of SDLC
  • B.Tech - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, MCA Computers
  • Strong Analytical skills with attention to details
  • Strong knowledge of PL / SQL, JAVA, OOP Principals, REST & SOAP API Design, UML Tools
  • Ability to work under pressure, Problem solving skills & quick learner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Web application architecture & Mobile application architecture
  • Working knowledge of HLD and LLD.
