Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Manager. The position is located in Noida. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, developing strategies to drive client success, and serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. The role involves understanding client needs, suggesting improvements to their use of the platform, addressing inquiries and issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Success
- Ability to analyze and leverage data for strategic decision-making
- Experience with CRM software and account management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work on-site in Noida
- Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
