Open Positions

  • Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant/ Graduate with CA Firm Experience (2 Positions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in execution of Debt Syndication and Corporate Finance transactions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Interpret and analyze financial statements to support funding requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and clients for data collection, documentation, and queries.
  • Support senior team members in deal structuring and presentations.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹70,000.00 per month
