This role is for one of the Weekday s clientsMin Experience 3 yearsLocation MumbaiJobType full-timeWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Visualization Analyst with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in data analytics cloud-based data platforms and advanced dashboarding techniques In this role you will work closely with our data engineering and business intelligence teams to design build and maintain intuitive and interactive data visualizations that drive strategic business decisions Your expertise in Azure Data Lake Databricks and dashboard development will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights Requirements Key Responsibilities Collaborate with data engineers business analysts and key stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insightful visualizations and dashboards Develop maintain and optimize dashboards and reports that provide a comprehensive view of business performance using tools such as Power BI Tableau or equivalent Leverage Azure Data Lake and Databricks to access process and transform large-scale datasets efficiently Interpret and analyze complex datasets ensuring data quality consistency and reliability in all reporting outputs Create compelling and user-friendly dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements and align with business goals Perform data profiling cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for visualization Participate in agile development processes contributing to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data visualization analytics and cloud-based data platforms Required Skills and Experience 3 to 6 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst Data Visualization Analyst or a similar role with a focus on data storytelling and dashboarding Strong hands-on experience working with Azure Data Lake and Databricks for data access transformation and analysis Proficiency in creating dynamic interactive and visually appealing dashboards using tools like Power BI Tableau or other BI visualization platforms Solid understanding of data modeling data integration and data transformation processes Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from large datasets Familiarity with Azure ecosystem components such as Azure Synapse Analytics Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy quality and consistency Preferred Qualifications Experience with scripting languages like Python or PySpark for data processing and analysis Knowledge of cloud security best practices and data governance principles Certifications in Microsoft Azure Databricks or relevant data analytics tools are advantageous
