• Preferred Educational Qualifications: M.Plan, M.Arch, or MBA.


• Master's degree in Mathematics, Real Estate, or equivalent qualifications is also considered.


• Experience in real estate consulting and client relations is preferred.

Skills required:


• Excel and PowerPoint


• Aptitude for SQL/Python in data analysis


• Presentation Skills


• Communication Skills


• Data Visualisation


• GIS – Preferably QGIS

Experience:


• 0-2 years (freshers with relevant skills are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:


• Engage with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions for their queries.


• Understanding and mastering the use of our digital products for real estate analytics and insights.


• Support clients in effectively using our digital platforms and online products.


• Analyse large, diverse data sets using SQL and Python for meaningful insights.


• Prepare comprehensive market reports and data visualizations based on research and data analytics using PowerPoint, Excel, and QGIS.


• Self-motivated team player with strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
