• You've got 1–2 years of solid design experience under your belt (Junior Visualisers).


• You've got 3–5 years of solid design experience under your belt (Senior Visualisers).

What You'll Be Doing (aka your playground):


• Create visuals that turn heads and scrolls.


• Add the kind of spark in brainstorming sessions that gets everyone grinning.


• Guide juniors and help them level up their skills.


• Build brand stories that people actually remember (and love).


• Effortlessly juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball — and maybe crack a few jokes

along the way.

Your Super Skills:


• A portfolio that makes us go, "Yup. We need this person."


• Sharp skills in Photoshop & Illustrator that make your work impossible to ignore.


• A natural instinct for typography, color, and layout (your friends probably ask you which filter

looks best too).


• The ability to translate both "client lingo" ("Make it more exciting") and "designer lingo" ("Let's

fix that kerning.").


• A degree is nice, but what we really want to see is talent and results.
