Role Overview
:

We are seeking an experienced BTL Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in driving local marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail partnerships, outdoor advertising, and hyperlocal initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective BTL strategies that connect Openhouse with our target audience on a local level. Your role will involve direct interaction with local vendors, stakeholders, and partners to implement campaigns and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution:
    Lead and execute BTL marketing campaigns across 10 locations, ensuring alignment with Openhouse's brand values and objectives. This includes managing and delivering campaigns across retail partnerships, apartment complexes, hoardings, and other hyperlocal platforms
  • Retail & Partnership Management:
    Build and nurture relationships with local retail partners and influencers. Develop creative ways to integrate Openhouse's offerings within their environments to increase awareness and drive foot traffic
  • Outdoor & On-ground Marketing:
    Oversee the planning and execution of hoarding campaigns, banners, flyers, and other outdoor advertising initiatives to ensure visibility and impact within each location
  • Community Engagement:
    Organize and coordinate hyperlocal activations, such as apartment campaigns, school tie-ups, local events, and pop-up activations, to drive footfall and build brand awareness at the grassroots level
  • Budget Management:
    Effectively manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. Report regularly on the effectiveness of each campaign
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Measure and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns across various locations. Adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and ROI
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with cross-functional teams (including digital marketing, PR, and sales) to ensure seamless integration of online and offline campaigns
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
    Liaise with vendors, printers, and local partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaign materials. Negotiate deals and manage contracts as required

Ideal Candidate:

Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing BTL campaigns, including retail partnerships, apartment and locality-based marketing, outdoor advertising, and event management

Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Hands-on approach to campaign execution, from planning to on-ground implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with local vendors and partners
  • Ability to work independently and manage campaigns across different locations
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing channels and platforms
  • Good understanding of local trends, consumer behavior, and how to effectively engage with a target audience

Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Flexibility:
Ability to travel across locations as needed to oversee campaign execution and troubleshoot issues in real time
